Products & Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Preorders

When you place a preorder, you are purchasing an item before it is in stock. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the product page, but delays may occur due to production, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. By placing a preorder, you agree to wait for the estimated production and shipping time.

Premade Items

Premade items are in-stock and ship within our standard processing time (1–3 business days). Availability is not guaranteed — items may sell out quickly.

Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If we do so, we’ll contact you and issue a refund if applicable.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in cash-app, PayPal, apple pay, & Zelle and are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept payments via [Shopify Payments / PayPal / Klarna / etc. — customize as needed].

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.

Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our items (especially preorders), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we made an error.
