At UncannyCitizens, we offer both Premade and Preorder items. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

Premade Items

These are in-stock and ready to ship.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

You will receive tracking info via email once your order has shipped.

Preorder Items

Preorders are made-to-order items that are not yet in stock. You are purchasing the item before it has been produced or fulfilled.

Production Time: Typically [3–6 weeks] depending on the item and volume of orders
Shipping Time:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–20 business days after production

Important Notes:

Preorder timelines may vary; estimated ship dates are provided on each product page.
If delays occur due to production, fabric sourcing, or unforeseen issues, we’ll notify you via email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays due to customs or local postal services are out of our control.

Address Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll help resolve it, but we may not be able to replace limited-run or preorder items.
